The Prep Sailing Team is a member of MASSA, the Mid-Atlantic Sailing Association.

Through discipline and hard work the Hermits have produced several individual state and district champs as well as team championships.
Bowling

The 2004/2005 season was the first year for bowling as a varsity sport. The team is a member of the Olympic conference. Home matches are played at Loyle Lanes in Vineland.
Fencing
No experience necessary. Teaching Foil, Epee, and Saber. Developing schedule, expanding annually. Coach Bill Olivero - USFA member, NJ Scholastic Coaches Assoc. member.
Basketball

Prep basketball is one of the premier programs in the state. The Hermits are regularly ranked among the top teams in South Jersey and the state. We're a consistent contender in the state championships.
Indoor Track
Indoor meets at Toms River, Princeton, The Armory NYC. Featuring relays and individual events.

In just a few years this team has been in the South Jersey finals and has set new records.

The Prep is one of the only schools in South Jersey to have this exciting and competitive sport.

The Prep competes in an interscholastic league where it currently earns top honors.

We are regular contenders for division and league championships and as yearly participants in state playoffs.

The Hermit squad has won the state title and is a consistent winner of league and division championships, it has boasted some of the finest individual golfers in the state.

The tennis program is another winning tradition for the Hermits. In 2007 they were State Champions! Always competitive, we've won several division and league titles and regularly participate in the state playoffs. The school constructed six new courts to encourage our players.
